Frequently Asked Questions
My company has received an invitation to bid a project, but when I log in, I do not see it.
This is likely because you are logging into the plan room using a user account other than the one initially invited to the project. User accounts are associated with individuals, not entire companies. You must login using the user account associated with the email address to which the invitation to bid was sent. If you would like your user account given access, please contact the Lamar Construction Company estimator in charge of the project.
How do I download project drawings & documents?
Download Instructions:
Our Drawings & Documents files are organized by project folders. This structure will assist you in more easlily locating the drawings. New drawings are marked with a NEW.
- To download a folder and all of its drawings and sub-folders, click on the download arrow icon to its right.
- To download a specific file, you may either click on the
PLUS
icon to create a custom selection single download (which will maintain the project folder structure) or you may click on the
download arrow
to download the individual file. If you select to create a custom selection download by clicking on the PLUS icon, when you have completed selecting the files, click on the "
View My Bundle
" above the drawing list to edit and download your selections.
Where can I find an Invite Code?
Your Lamar Construction representative will provide you with an invite code to projects that match your specifications and expertise. Please contact Lamar for further details.
What if I do not have access to my email and forgot my password?
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to register with Lamar's PlanSpec, then contact Lamar and ask that they reset your password. They will provide you with a generic password which you can use to login and update your account, requiring that you create a new password.
